Job summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead contract administration, cost and schedule management, quality assurance, safety, and relationship management with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in similar construction project types.

Responsibilities

• Contract Administration - knowledge of owner’s contract requirements, including insurance, bonds, fees, notifications, schedules, reporting, and costs.
• Cost Management - analyze financial reports, status reports, labor and other job-related reports to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Schedule Management - maintain the project schedule, development, updating, and communication with the team.
• Quality Management - participate in the Project Quality Management Plan per contract documents.
• Safety Management - participate in weekly safety meetings and promote safe work practices.
• Relationship Management - represent White Construction, maintain client and peer relationships, attend networking events.
• Communication Skills - convey messages verbally and in writing professionally and concisely.
