Job summary

The Dixon Group, a Chestertown, MD based manufacturing company, seeks a Project Manager to oversee all phases of building projects and ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality. Join KRM Construction LLC, lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate schedules, procurement, and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years managing commercial construction projects exceeding $5M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specs.
• Oversee procurement, bids, negotiations and change orders.
• Lead the project team and communicate updates to stakeholders.
