Job summary

Scorpio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary client contact to ensure safety, schedule, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years of construction PM experience, including commercial construction.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty.
• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio.
• Update and project job costs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings.
• Process change events & associated change orders.
• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices.
• Assist superintendent with site logistics & management.
