Job summary

Scorpio is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will serve as the main point of contact between owners and Scorpio, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver value-driven projects for communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience including experience with commercial construction.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Create & maintain the Scorpio client experience from preconstruction through warranty
• Be the primary point of contact between the owner and Scorpio
• Update and project job costs
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct Owner/Architect/Engineer Meetings
• Process change events & associated change orders
• Review and approve subcontractor pay apps & field invoices
• Assist superintendent with site logistics & management

What You Will Do

What You Will Bring To Scorpio
