Job summary

Staffers Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects, ensuring top-quality service for customers and clients.

You will manage the construction team, assign leads, and monitor schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with plans and codes. You will also be responsible for documenting projects comprehensively, including photos, contracts, and change orders, and conducting end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Construction management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion and budget requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications and local codes.
• Maintain thorough project documentation including photos, contracts, and change orders.
• Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs.
