Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 5-20 projects from start to finish.
• Lead a team of 3-5 Superintendents.
• Monitor KPIs and report to stakeholders.
• Plan, budget, scheduling, and allocate resources.
• Manage WIP reporting and monthly billings.
• Ensure field activities stay on schedule.
