Expect to work 80% in office and 20% travel, leading 5-20 projects and supervising 3-5 Superintendents while tracking KPIs and managing scheduling, budgeting, and field coordination to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. 80% in office 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversite: 5-20 projects from start to finish, leading a team of 3-5 Superintendents.
• Performance Management: KPIs
• Planning & Budgeting: project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, project schedules, purchasing coordination, and document control
• Project Accounting: WIP reporting and monthly billings
• Schedule Management: ensure construction activities remain on schedule
• Field Coordination: conduct regular jobsite visits and work closely with field superintendents to oversee daily construction activities.
