is seeking an aspiring project manager to support multiple projects across design, estimating, execution, change management and closeout. You will work closely with the project manager to review contracts, set up budgets and schedules, and help prepare and distribute construction documents. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and attention to detail as you learn to manage logging, submittals, procurement, and project closeout activities

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with contract review and execution.
• Assist the project manager with project financial setup & operational setup in software.
• Assist the project manager with schedule review and analysis.
• Assist the project manager with the submittal process, including log setup, review, corrections, and distribution to project vendors and subcontractors.
• Assist the project manager with setup, maintenance, and distribution of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and request for information.
• Assist the project manager with all aspects of change management.
• Assist the project manager with estimating, including project changes or work outside project scope.
• Assist with procurement of materials.
• Manage project closeout, create maintenance and operation manuals, and other required project closeout documents at the competition of project
• Candidate must be able to understand and complete tasks within company or project timelines, and to take directions from supervisor/manager.
