seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead large, complex projects or multiple projects with two or more Assistant Project Managers. You will oversee design/build, construction management, or construct-only work from assignment to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relations, ensuring on-time delivery and strong collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in construction, design, management and finance.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, people and materials.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Monthly progress billings and AR follow-up.
• Project schedule review and management.
• Budget management and procurement oversight.
• Submittal process management.
• PO and subcontract management.
• RFI management.
• Forecasting of projects > $100k.
• Contract review support.
• Pricing and tracking of CORs.
• Project closeout requirements.
• Effective project planning and team communication.
