Job summary

Chapter Renovation is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern for our Miami team. This in-person role offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction, with a 6-month commitment and immediate start.

The intern will assist in managing projects, supporting proposals and drawings, and conducting site visits. A background in construction through education or experience is required, plus a car and valid driver's license for on-site duties.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish.
  • Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates.
  • Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects.
  • Assist with client communication throughout project phases.
  • Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples.
  • Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs.
  • Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings.
  • Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams.

Construction Project Management Internship – Miami

About the Role

We are looking for a Construction Project Management Intern to join our Miami team immediately. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to the day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction and project management.

This is a full-time, on-site position (9 AM – 6 PM) and requires a 6-month commitment. Candidates must have a background in construction, whether through education, prior experience, or both.Must have access to a car and valid driver's license.

Internship Compensation

$2,500/month stipend

$600/month vehicle expenses reimbursement

This internship is designed as a long-term growth path within the company, with the intention of transitioning into an Assistant Project Manager role and eventually a Project Manager position.
