The Role

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to lead renovation projects from pre-construction through final closeout. This is a true ownership role. You will be responsible for driving project outcomes across schedule, budget, quality, and client experience while coordinating homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams.

What You'll Own

Full lifecycle management of residential renovation projects from pre-construction through closeout
Budget development, estimating, material takeoffs, and cost management
Project scheduling and day-to-day field coordination
Management of RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation
Subcontractor coordination, performance management, and accountability
Vendor management, procurement support, pricing review, and material tracking
Sample coordination, approvals, and project logistics
Weekly project meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication
Site visits, quality control, punch lists, and project closeout

High-Touch Client Service

A significant part of this role is managing homeowner relationships.

You will be expected to build trust, communicate proactively, manage expectations, navigate difficult conversations, and deliver a polished client experience throughout the renovation process.

Success in this role requires both strong construction management skills and strong client management skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years of construction or project management experience
South Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred
Experience managing residential renovation projects
Background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in client-facing environments with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship management

Additional Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable personal vehicle
Ability to travel regularly throughout the Miami area to active job sites
