Requirements
- Coordinate internal and external resource teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to required specifications
- Participate in developing project scope, cost estimates, schedules, designs, and delivery solutions
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings
- Provide project status reporting on milestone progress, risk management, and current and forecast financial performance
- Perform in-person site visits to project sites as needed
- Participate in progress meetings with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the Business Unit Vice President
- Monitor, mitigate, and communicate predictable and unexpected project complexities to the Business Unit Vice President
- Manage dependencies, risks, schedules, costs, and resourcing for individual and interlinked projects in coordination with the Business Unit Vice President
