Job summary

Semper Tek Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Level II to lead the Construction Team through small to medium projects. This role owns projects from start to finish, coordinating office and jobsite activities, with travel required across the United States.

The position is based in Valdosta, GA and reports to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of construction, from design through closeout, ensuring adherence to contract documents, schedules, budgets, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up Procore Contacts List and import contract drawings and specs.
• Draft and award subcontracts to vendors and subcontractors.
• Attend kick-off meetings with the client and document minutes in Procore.
• Develop project schedules in Primavera P6 and maintain them.
• Generate RFIs in Procore and RMS for government submissions.
• Review vendor/subcontractor invoices and monthly payments.
• Manage project quality control and safety programs.
• Visit project sites weekly to review progress and safety.
