Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee small construction projects or defined phases of larger initiatives, focusing on in-house renovations, space build-outs, and facility improvements.

Under the guidance of a Project Manager III or IV, you will coordinate project teams, schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and efficiently. A caregiver in this position works 8:00am – 5:00pm, with occasional holidays or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field with 3 years of experience coordinating or managing projects
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
• OR Associate's Degree with 5 years of experience
• OR Master's Degree with 2 years of experience
• Effective relationship building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects
• Coordinate activities of a project team under PM III or IV
• Help develop strategic plans and reviews with recommendations
• Prepare and complete action plans
• Implement standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service
• Resolve problems and complete audits to identify trends
• Determine system improvements and implement changes
• Meet financial objectives and participate in budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
• Set and manage project expectations with stakeholders
• Explore opportunities to add value to job outcomes
