Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Project/Construction Management experience in Commercial/Public/Healthcare facility projects.
• Knowledge of construction/architectural terms and ability to read construction documents and participate in contract processes.
• Ability to assess engineering, design and scope, as well as contract terms, budgets, change management, schedules and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Organize, chair and represent the Owner at regular project meetings; provide advice to facilitate economical, efficient and desired outcomes.
• Manage and design bidding and construction phases of Cleveland Clinic infrastructure and special construction projects.
• Review and provide technical assistance on construction specifications, architectural drawings and design standards.
• Coordinate the contract bidding process.
• Manage on-site inspection of contractor work including scheduling and coordination of interior installations.
• Review and approve financial components of projects and present progress reports to administration.
• Complete finishing details of projects and finalize records related to completed projects.
