Job summary

TMG Construction Corp. is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee cradle-to-grave construction and design/build management for commercial and institutional projects valued around several million dollars.

You will coordinate with owners, design professionals, and stakeholders, manage permits and safety, and lead cost control, look-ahead schedules, and contract administration to drive project success.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. degree in engineering or construction management.
• Experience in estimating, subcontracted and self-performed work.
• Proficiency with project controls and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Manage cradle-to-grave construction or design/build projects.
• Lead meetings with Owners, design professionals and stakeholders.
• Oversee permits, safety, quality, and progress reporting.
• Develop and manage look-ahead and baseline schedules.
• Control costs, change orders, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
