Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of commercial construction experience.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Minimum of six months of estimating/preconstruction and Field experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects, working with schedules and contracts.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents.
• Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and project close-out duties.
