Job Summary

Have you worked in construction management or as a foreman with experience in healthcare or healthcare projects? We want to speak with you about exciting opportunities as Geisinger embarks on various facility projects. Projects typically have budgets around six million dollars, with some less than a million and others up to sixty-five million dollars. You will oversee projects such as enhancements to Janet Weis Children's Hospital, renovations, modernization of hospital areas, and additions of critical spaces like heart and vascular care. Projects also include non-clinical work such as parking garages, ambulance bays, road relocation, and residential developments. We offer an excellent benefits package starting from day one. Job Duties

Responsible for overall facilities project management from inception to occupancy, including scope, budget, and schedule management, and professional communication with stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients.
  • Define and manage project scope, including change control processes.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and reports.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates to leadership.
  • Apply critical thinking to resolve scope, budget, or schedule issues.
  • Ensure project compliance with standards and specifications.
  • Assist in selecting trade partners.
  • Monitor project teams for high performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Follow Geisinger's project management policies and procedures.

Position Details
  • Relevant experience may combine work experience and education: Associate's Degree (2 years), Bachelor's Degree (4 years).
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years relevant experience; minimum 3 years managing people, processes, or projects.
