Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial franchise buildouts simultaneously. This is a unique opportunity to manage the entire project lifecycle from start to finish—from preconstruction planning and permitting through close-out. The right candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in balancing multiple fast-paced projects at once.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
Oversee multiple franchise restaurant buildouts at the same time.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor construction progress, schedules, and budgets; proactively resolve issues.
Ensure projects meet all franchise brand standards, local codes, and company quality expectations.
Provide regular updates and reporting to ownership and stakeholders.
Lead on-site meetings, inspections, and punch lists to deliver successful turnover.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Experience with franchise/restaurant, retail, or multi-site construction highly desirable.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
