SOUND PERFORMANCE ROOFING LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee roofing construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. You will schedule property walks, verify measurements, manage safety, coordinate with installers, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met.

The role requires thorough project planning, cross-team coordination, and effective communication with customers to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Construction: Contact customer to schedule property walk and review scope; verify measurements; review contract and loan documents; arrange equipment transport; coordinate with installer lead.
• During Construction: Verify materials/equipment arrival; conduct safety checks; monitor progress; maintain customer updates; draft change orders and addendums; assist with loading materials; troubleshoot issues; maintain site cleanliness.
• Close-Out: Review loan documents and final inspections; address customer questions; ensure site is clean; capture drone photos; request reviews; collect payments and close invoices; register warranties; confirm work matches scope; update JobNimbus files.
