CFE, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee assigned roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate documentation, scheduling, and on-site resources, while maintaining strong communication with owners, designers, and foremen.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial construction experience.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Must be willing to work outdoors during normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all Safety Policies and Procedures and support safety goals.
• Review project documents prior to start to understand the project.
• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from planning through completion and final payment.
• Ensure bonds, shop drawings, submittals, materials are ordered and delivered on time.
• Visit job-sites, attend project meetings, and resolve issues with owners and designers.
• Look for ways to improve profitability without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Keep supervisor informed about significant problems and accomplishments.
• Stay current on roofing and sheet metal technology developments.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct pre-job roof inspections as needed.
• Provide strong support to foremen and crews; conduct foreman pre-job meetings.
