• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction (preferred).
• Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review project schedules and ensure crews are prepared for the day’s tasks.
• Check in with homeowners to provide updates and address questions.
• Order materials, manage change orders, and monitor budgets.
