Job summary

Brinkman Construction is hiring a Project Manager to drive the financial success of complex projects from preconstruction through completion. The role emphasizes proforma accuracy, owner invoicing, subcontractor management, and risk control.

You will mentor team members, coordinate with the superintendent, and ensure safety standards while delivering projects on schedule and within budget. This is a Denver-based, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with diverse ground-up project types.
• Experience in lead role on projects $20M+ preferred.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office and project tools.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to motivate and gain trust from team members.
• Accountability and integrity.
• Sound decision making under pressure.
• Ability to foster relationships with owners, trade partners, and inspectors.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate monthly financial projections and cash flow analyses for the project.
• Ensure timely submission of Owner billing monthly, approve invoices and pay apps.
• Oversee procurement and Buyout to meet schedules.
• Vet and negotiate subcontractor change orders monthly.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to meet contract terms.
• Mentor direct reports to scale project outcomes.
• Unify the team to drive issue resolution and project success.
• Write scopes of work into subcontract exhibits.
• Partner with the project Superintendent to maintain schedule.
• Enforce Jobsite Safety Standards and manage project risk.
• Lead project closeout discussions with owners and drive timely completion.
