Job summary

Brinkman Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Manager 1 to lead the preconstruction and estimating process for projects up to $50 million from its Wheat Ridge office. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management and over 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

This role involves mentoring staff, communicating roles effectively, and providing the client with accurate estimates while demonstrating proficiency in various estimating tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related experience in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge of regional market, competition, and industry trends.
• Prior supervision experience specifically around procurement, buyout, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts for projects up to $50 million.
• Manage estimating of design milestones and long-lead items.
