Job summary

Cogent Analytics seeks a Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. You will help develop schedules, budgets, permitting, procurement, and mobilization while leading field staff and subcontractors safely and efficiently.

You will liaise with clients and stakeholders, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively. Strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and Procore/SAGE/MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in construction project management.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, SAGE, MS Project, and Quick Bid.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to Tulsa project sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing detailed project plans, including scope of work, schedule updates, budget, and resource allocation.
• Assist with project kickoff and coordination meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Assist with overseeing the permitting, procurement, and mobilization processes.
• Assist PM with owner and sub-contractors pay app.
• Assist with supervising field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
• Foster a collaborative team environment aligned with company values.
• Conduct regular job site visits to assess progress, resolve issues, and maintain accountability.
• Serve as liaison between company, clients, and stakeholders; communicate status and milestones.
• Address concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Track project expenses and financial performance using accounting systems.
• Identify and process change orders with proper documentation and approvals.
• Review invoices and monthly billing for PM approval.
• Assist PM with submittals, RFIs, RFQs, Closeouts, Insurance/W-9s.
• Enforce safety protocols per OSHA standards; monitor quality and compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and close-out procedures.
• Assist with ProCore QA inspections.
• Assist in delivering projects with required documentation and warranties.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance and improvements.
