Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Construction in Tulsa. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 3 years of project management experience.

You will lead diverse teams, oversee safety, and coordinate schedules, budgets, and permitting to drive on-site success. Proficiency in Procore, SAGE accounting, MS Project, and Quick Bid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• OSHA certification preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects through detailed schedules, budgets, permitting, procurement, and mobilization.
• Lead field staff and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment via regular site visits and proactive issue resolution.
• Assist with project finance analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Travel to project sites around Tulsa as needed to oversee on-site activities and quality control.
