Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking a Project Manager to lead client projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. You will oversee scheduling, field personnel, subcontractors, and safety compliance, with regular status reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing costs, and maintaining documentation while upholding OSHA standards and quality requirements. This role requires leadership and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and ensure clear objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines for teams and clients.
• Establish safety procedures and enforce OSHA compliance.
• Track progress and adjust schedules to stay within scope and budget.
• Coordinate internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
