Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company in Tulsa, OK, seeks a seasoned Project Manager II to direct overall project direction, completion, and financial outcomes for assigned projects. You will mentor on-site staff, demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills, and ensure high-quality client service.

The role requires OSHA 30-Hour/First Aid & CPR, and a proven track record in managing complex projects over $25 million.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent; related experience accepted one-for-one.
• 8 years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to manage projects in excess of $25 million.

Responsibilities

• Practices implementation of Operation Zero and all Manhattan safety policies.
• Manages Change Order Negotiations with Subcontractors and prepares/negotiates costs.
• Serves as Client-Project Management point of contact and leads meetings.
• Prepares the Project Execution Plan and manages project closeout.
