Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial, education & institutional construction projects across the DMV. Responsibilities include ground-up and renovation work for K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, and commercial facilities, with emphasis on scheduling, budgeting, and change-order management.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction project management experience required.
• Ground-up and renovation construction experience.
• K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, or commercial project experience.
• Construction management or general contracting experience.
• Preconstruction and project planning experience.
• Project scheduling and schedule management.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Subcontractor procurement and buyout.
• Contract and change order management.
• RFI and submittal management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; manage procurement and buyouts.
• Oversee contract changes and RFI/submittal processes.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance throughout projects.
