Jobot is seeking a Project Manager in Rockville, MD to lead high-impact commercial, education, and institutional construction projects across the DMV. You will own projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction and closeout, acting as the main liaison among owners, design teams, field staff, and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes strong scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and change-order management, with opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• Commercial construction project management experience.
• Ground-up and renovation construction experience.
• K-12, higher education, municipal, institutional, or commercial project experience.
• Construction management or general contracting experience.
• Preconstruction and project planning experience.
• Project scheduling and schedule management.
• Budgeting and cost control.
• Subcontractor procurement and buyout.
• Contract and change order management.
• RFI and submittal management.
• Owner and architect coordination.
• Subcontractor and field team coordination.
• Quality control and safety oversight.
• Project documentation and reporting.
• Project closeout experience.
• Construction drawings and specifications proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Construction management software proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project stakeholders.
