• Proficiency in PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, manage, and implement project tasks to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Assist Project Manager with planning, scheduling equipment deliveries, and document distribution.
• Serve as liaison among project team, clients, architects, subcontractors, and community.
