Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Review project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Ensure quality, safety, and project performance objectives are achieved.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support successful project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.
