• 3-5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in design-build projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Collaborate with owners and design teams to develop preliminary concepts and value engineering ideas.
• Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and biweekly on-site meetings.
• Ensure accurate project estimates and maintain quality across processes.
