Job summary

SteerBridge is seeking a Construction Manager – Project Manager (CM-PM) to support BEP construction and facility-improvement work at the BEP Washington, DC facility. The CM-PM will manage scope, schedule, and cost while coordinating across electrical, mechanical, architectural, and life-safety disciplines.

This role aims to translate complex technical requirements into actionable project tasks and ensures documentation and decisions drive progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, building construction, or construction management.
• Minimum of six years of specialized experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction projects across electrical, mechanical, structural, architectural, and life-safety disciplines.
• Technical writing skills for scopes of work, acquisition plans, and procurement documents.
• Cost estimating for design, construction contracts, and related building assessments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current status across BEP construction and related projects.
• Establish and maintain project trackers, milestone schedules, and risk/issue logs.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and deliverables for each effort.
• Identify stalled or at-risk projects and elevate issues.
• Monitor contractor and project schedules for milestones and impacts to BEP operations.
