Job summary

S&B USA Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and Management Team in a heavy highway and civil construction environment in the United States. The role involves assisting with scheduling, cost reporting, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, under a progressive-design-build framework.

The selected candidate will help maintain project CPM schedules, track costs, prepare quantity takeoffs, and support pre-construction activities while ensuring

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4-7 years of experience in similar role; Bridge construction experience preferred.
• PE Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Project Manager and Management Team in managing all aspects of a construction project including the financial administration and cost reporting.
• Develops, maintains and revises the project schedule in coordination with the Construction Manager, Bridges Manager, or Project Manager & Superintendent.
• Manages the relationship and work of assigned sub-contractors & suppliers; mentors less experienced Project Engineers.

B.S. in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
