Summary - Construction Project Manager: JARBO is currently assisting a mid-size General Contractor that has experienced significant growth in recent years, handling projects in Industrial, Life Sciences, and Commercial sectors throughout the KC Metro. Responsibilities - Construction Project Manager:

1. Lead projects from estimate to closeout documentation.
2. Manage the delivery of individual projects, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.
3. Develop and maintain project budgets, master schedules, and procurement strategies.
4. Own and oversee project safety programs.
5. Control scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
6. Oversee activities of Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Site Superintendents on assigned projects.
7. Negotiate and execute prime contracts, CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
8. Analyze and approve reports related to scheduling, budgeting, cash flow, and project status.
9. Develop new client relationships and manage existing ones, interfacing with clients on proposals and project matters.
10. Assist in developing cost-effective construction solutions in collaboration with A/E, GC, and Owner.
11. Plan, sequence, and schedule projects with input from superintendents and subcontractors; manage schedules, conduct site meetings, and prepare updates and reports.

Qualifications - Construction Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Successful track record in planning, leading, and safely executing construction projects.
• Seller/Doer attitude.
• Proven history of successful and profitable project execution.
