Servproolathelenexa is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee restoration and construction projects, ensuring high-quality service from start to finish. You will manage schedules, budgets and vendor coordination while maintaining strong client communication.

Ideal candidates have a background in restoration or construction, plus proven customer service skills and solid proficiency with Word and Excel. This on-site role requires keen attention to safety and compliance at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in construction management.
• Excellent customer service track record.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer experience, education of process and overall customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate and review estimates.
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope, estimate and terms.
• Collect deposits and draws.
• Identify, qualify and schedule subcontractors, engineers, architects and vendors to provide service on active projects.
• Create project schedule and timeline.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of services.
• Conduct quality assurance activities and resolve issues.
• Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, safety policy, specifications, local codes and permits, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Compile and resolve punch list items.
• Perform final walk-through with customer.
• Review budgets and manage expenses; assist in collecting final payment.
• Manage all warranty activities.
