Servpro Industries, Inc. is seeking a Full-time Construction Manager to serve Little Falls, MN, and Park Rapids. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, managing schedule, ensuring compliance with plans and codes, and delivering customer satisfaction.

You will lead pre-construction meetings, communicate project updates, conduct walk-throughs, and manage change orders. The position requires strong communication, basic math, and restoration/construction experience; PMP certification

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service track record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Basic math skills for estimations.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage punch-list items.
• Conduct pre-construction meetings and provide project updates to clients.
• Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers; ensure work meets plans and codes.
• Document activities and manage change orders.
• Set expectations and inspect vendors/subcontractors; coordinate inspections.
• Control costs and validate progress; identify out-of-scope areas.
• Be familiar with and perform all roles of the Construction Coordinator.
