SERVPRO of Wright County is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects serving Little Falls and Park Rapids. The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing costs, and ensuring compliance with plans and local codes while maintaining strong customer communications.

The position is full-time with a base salary plus commission, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities to lead restoration/construction projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate final walk-throughs with customers and obtain signed completion documents.
• Provide project updates to customers and clients on a regular basis.
• Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers; ensure work meets plans and codes.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, with site inspections and quality control.
• Monitor costs, schedule adherence, and identify out-of-scope work.
• Be familiar with all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator.
