Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in occupied environments
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting commercial drawings and contract documents
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification preferred
• 4-Hour Scaffold User Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between client, design team, consultants, and subcontractors across all project phases
• Lead and manage project administration, including document control, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and closeout
• Prepare and track budgets, forecasts, and cost reports with senior leadership and accounting
• Oversee change orders, billing, receivables, lien releases, and subcontractor payments
• Develop and maintain the project schedule with the Superintendent
• Coordinate daily construction activities with field staff to ensure quality and schedule
• Identify risks, delays, and claims and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager or Project Director on strategy and staffing
• Manage multiple projects up to ~$10M or lead larger projects with focus on financials and admin
• Operate independently on PM duties when not paired with an Assistant PM
• Interface with Superintendents on field execution for complex projects
• Ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and safety standards
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
