Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of Project Management experience on commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects, budgets, and schedules.
• Experience with codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficient with Procore, MS Project, Building Connected.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Leads teams, delegates, and resolves conflicts.
• Committed to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction during handoffs and manage the buyout process.
• Develop CPM schedules and identify roadblocks.
• Monitor financial performance and manage change orders.
• Allocate resources and implement proactive risk management.
• Maintain quality control with Field Operations/Superintendents.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct OAC meetings and provide progress reporting.
• Document project information and ensure clear communication.
• Champion safety culture across all project sites.
• Provide leadership and pursue professional development.
