Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, or related field is required.
• Proven track record managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate with Pre-Construction during handoffs and manage buyout.
• Develop CPM schedules and identify roadblocks.
• Monitor financial performance and manage change orders.
• Allocate resources and implement risk management strategies.
• Maintain quality control with Field Operations/Superintendents.
• Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct OAC meetings and provide progress reporting.
• Document and organize project information with clear communications.
• Champion safety culture across all sites.
• Provide leadership to team members and pursue professional development.
• Exemplify core values in all aspects of work.
