Job summary

Clark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects across Southeast Michigan. Based in Ann Arbor, you will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

You will partner with Business Development to identify opportunities, maintain clear communication, and drive project delivery from start to finish in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and process development skills with effective workflows.
• Solid understanding of construction and engineering operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and data management programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain project scopes, schedules, and planning assumptions.
• Collaborate with superintendents and management to allocate resources effectively.
• Set and adjust project priorities to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Define roles for stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
• Track key performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
