Job summary

CPPI is seeking a Project Engineer in Tampa, Florida, responsible for managing project documentation and supporting the Project Manager in cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet deadlines and standards.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The role also demands flexibility in working hours to align with construction industry standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite project information flow for accuracy.
• Create and manage documentation for submittals and RFIs.
• Assist the Project Manager with budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate project closeout requirements including as-built drawings.
