Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple telecom and power projects in the Salt Lake County area. The role focuses on creating project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring customer commitments are met.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of project management experience in the utility sector, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience in the utility industry.
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of Public and Private right of ways including the permitting process.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project plans, scope of work and manage budget.
• Maintain accurate job information in company project tracking system.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Lead meetings to review project status and needs with leadership and team members.
• Attend customer meetings as required.
• Maintain complete files for projects and closeouts.
• Work overtime as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience with the development of accurate project plan, scope of work and managing budget
• Responsible for maintaining accurate job information in company project tracking system
• Excellent communication and coordinating skills with internal departments as needed to ensure project deadlines and customer commitments are met
• Ability to lead meetings reviewing the status of the project and project needs with leadership and team members
• Available to attend customer meetings
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete files for projects and its closeout
• Ability to work overtime

Experience and Education

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience in the utility industry
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills
