Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking a Field Project Coordinator to support construction projects across Salt Lake County, Utah. You will assist the Project Manager with daily planning, reporting, and travel to multiple job sites, with a company vehicle provided.

Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, updating progress, reviewing documentation, and communicating field status to the team. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction/utility industry.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong math aptitude for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and coordination.
• Maintain and update construction schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors as the schedule changes.
• Communicate daily construction activities to CM and PM.
• Provide regular updates to the team on project status and progress.
• Update plan vs. actual performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate and current project documentation including progress reports, change orders, and project communications.
• Review daily paperwork for compliance.
• Track and validate work units and deliverables.
• Verify Field Change Order requests and paperwork is complete.
• Enter submittals and documentation in client systems.
• Escalate field issues.
• Use broad problem-solving skills to solve problems on the fly.
• Ability to travel to different job sites, heavy travel.
• Heavy tracking and data entry.
• Overtime required during busy season.

This position will report to and work alongside the Project Manager and aid in daily project planning and reporting and travel throughout the Salt Lake County area. Company vehicle provided.
