Job summary

347 Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to oversee multiple telecom and power projects in the Salt Lake County area.

You will manage project plans, scopes of work, budgets, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction. The role requires 2–5 years of PM experience in utilities or electrical fields, familiarity with traffic signals, street lighting, and EV charging, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Project Management experience in the utility/electrical industry
• Experience with traffic signal, street lighting, EV charging stations
• Excellent customer service and interaction skills
• Knowledge and understanding of Public and Private right of ways including the permitting process
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, Word and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate project plan, scope of work and manage budget
• Maintain accurate job information in project tracking system
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project deadlines and customer commitments
• Lead meetings reviewing project status with leadership and team members
• Attend customer meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate files for projects and closeout
• Work overtime as needed

Duties and Responsibilities

• Experience with the development of accurate project plan, scope of work and managing budget
• Responsible for maintaining accurate job information in company project tracking system
• Excellent communication and coordinating skills with internal departments as needed to ensure project deadlines and customer commitments are met
• Ability to lead meetings reviewing the status of the project and project needs with leadership and team members
• Available to attend customer meetings
• Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete files for projects and its closeout
• Ability to work overtime

Experience and Education

• 2-5 years of Project Management experience in the utility/electrical industry
