Job description

Overview

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager / Estimator to oversee and drive all aspects of assigned construction projects. This role involves managing client relationships, directing the design-build process, coordinating with field teams and subcontractors, and working closely with the accounting team on project costs and billing. Occasional travel to client sites and job locations will be required.

Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients to identify project goals, requirements, and expectations.
• Define project scope and communicate details to design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates; develop and present detailed proposals.
• Review subcontractor bids to ensure alignment with project specifications and scope.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.
• Prepare and submit building permit applications to local municipalities.
• Conduct site walkthroughs with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Lead project meetings on-site or in-office, ensuring clear communication and task coordination.
• Document meeting discussions and follow up on assigned actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• Required experience for mostly industrial and commercial.
• We also do some restaurants and offices - So, if the candidate is willing to learn we are willing to work with them to get up to speed.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Bluebeam for drawing review and markups is a plus.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
