Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Lead Ground-Up & Multifamily Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage project teams, coordinate schedules, budgets, and contracts, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires proven leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage change orders and stakeholder communications across multiple active projects.
