Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Traveling Construction Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use developments across multiple locations. You will drive safe, on-budget delivery, supervise subcontractors, and coordinate with development, design, and property management teams.

The role requires strong leadership, contract management expertise, and a proven ability to travel and manage projects across diverse sites while maintaining quality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily and/or mixed-use construction projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in construction contract management, subcontractor oversight, and cost control.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to travel and manage projects effectively across different sites.
